Our policy lasts for 15 days. After 15 days from the date of purchase unfortunately we can't offer refunds or exchanges on our products. We ask that you are timely when contacting us regarding faulty products.
All products must be left unused, unopened and in the same condition in which you received them. We will NOT refund lashes that have been used due to the health and safety, infection control policies in place.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email. Within 24 Hours of this email you will be notified if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you have been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card within a few days.
If you have purchased an item that is out of stock at the time of process, you will be refunded. You may choose to be notified when this item will be restocked and we will send out once it's available. If by chance you have received an incorrect item we do require the return of the item and then the correct item will be sent out to you.
If you're experiencing any delay with your refund, we do ask you're patient as we will do our best in resolving the situation. Meanwhile please check your bank account regularly and allow the time provided for the refund to settle into your account. If you have received a confirmation email of your refund being processed and have waited the allocated time and are still waiting on your refund please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not refund or exchange ANY sale items, regardless of the date of purchase.
We only exchange products that are defected or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item please contact us via email at email@example.com, from here you will be provided with an address to send your item to. You will be notified once we receive your product and again once it has been sent to you.
For all returned items we recommend sending them with tracking to the address provided for you. If you have not received the address please call the team on 0428945159.
Option 1: Must be returned to sender in original packaging. Once received new item/items will be sent or refunded. Option 2: take items on original packing to any post office within 5 days to lodge a case. Allow them to document damage. Send us the case number.
*PLEASE NOTE our Course Deposit is non refundable ($159) if you have change of mind or something comes up as;
a) we only have limited spaces and we have saved that spot for you meaning we have told other customers it is no longer available
b) we have already purchased kit and products, booked training spots and organised plane flights for the course.
*As above if you choose to select the option for part payment and never pay your second payment we will refund your first instalment minus the deposit cost of $159. All course fees must be paid in full 1 week prior to the course start date.
